MESPAS is proud to announce that the entire Alma Shipmanagement fleet has joined its comprehensive SaaS platform for procurement, preventive and corrective maintenance, QHSE, and Operations.

In just five weeks, Alma Shipmanagement achieved a remarkable digital transformation by simply sharing the machinery lists of their vessels. This initiative led to the creation of a fully structured database for machinery and spare parts.

OEM maintenance tasks and spare parts were automatically assigned to the appropriate engineers, streamlining operations significantly. Engineers now have instant access to maintenance and operating manuals, along with complete technical documentation. Service letters are updated automatically, and essential resources such as work instructions, provision and consumable catalogues are readily available, enhancing efficiency and operational readiness across the board.

The powerful cloud-based MESPAS platform now seamlessly connects the entire operational workflow in the procurement process: from onboard purchase requests through to vendor invoice approvals, all within a single platform. This integration eliminates the need for emails, PDFs, spreadsheets, and disconnected procurement tools. With the direct integration of over 23’000 maritime suppliers, vendors receive fully formatted requests directly into their systems, reducing human error to zero.
