New software version Hispaniola

Twice a year, MESPAS updates its software platform with new features requested by customers. This software release focused on enhancing the Maintenance and QHSE features of the mobile app.

Our fully automated process ensures that all software applications are updated without manual intervention and in the shortest time possible. All versions are updated in one go: for maritime suppliers, offices of shipping companies, and hundreds of vessels. The browser-based application has been successfully upgraded to the new version, MESPAS Hispaniola, along with our online desktop applications, offline vessel installations, and mobile applications.

Mobile app updates
Upon logging in, users are greeted with a new, customisable dashboard that displays meaningful KPIs and allows quicker access to relevant tasks. Inventories can now be updated directly on the go. The newly integrated Stock module enables users to update remaining onboard quantities and ensure data accuracy. The Documents module has also been added, allowing relevant documents to be downloaded prior to a vessel visit and accessed offline, even in areas without signal. During inspections, tasks with accompanying images can be recorded, with users able to annotate photos taken within the app, highlighting key areas or adding remarks. Ensuring that all information is documented precisely where it belongs.

QHSE forms
Smart forms, created using our industry-specific form designer, can now be linked to job cards. This feature supports improved compliance with risk management procedures. For example, by ensuring that required forms are completed before maintenance work begins.

Contract management
Contracts can be managed per supplier, with terms recorded directly by the supplier. Alignment between your own terms and those of the supplier, including key elements such as currency, payment conditions, and more, can be verified. The software supports placing orders based on the agreed terms. All changes are automatically recorded in a change log, ensuring full transparency and traceability.
