MESPAS is delighted to announce the launch of the latest MESPAS software version, released on 5th November 2021. It includes various new features and improvements to Technical Ship Management, particularly in the procurement area.
Released only a few days ago, more than 80% of all vessels using MESPAS are now already using the new features. This is possible thanks to MESPAS’s sophisticated synchronisation mechanism. It deploys software version updates to any place in the world in small files and automatically installs them in a matter of seconds.
Here are a few of the highlights:
- Transport order. Save time and money by bundling various purchase orders together in a transport order. Delivery to the ship of all the purchase orders can then be organised through a logistics company.
- Supplier rating improvements. A supplier rating is key for a reliable quality management system. Now crews can also rate delivery efficiency and quality of goods. Further, the ratings can be set to mandatory on a company level for all purchase orders.
- Release of mobile app. This software release enables the new MESPAS app for tablet and mobile to go live. With the new app maintenance and QHSE tasks can be recorded on the job. Easy to use and time saving this app makes life easier for crews.
