All our products are connected to the MESPAS heart – a cloud based multi-tenant infrastructure. This core component collects and provides all information, product functionality and business processes – and automatically deploys software updates to installations with limited internet access, i.e. vessels or production sites in regions with weak infrastructure.

The central infrastructure also enables the MESPAS master data concept. Machinery components with all their attributes (manufacturer, spare part lists, etc.) are defined once on our database, and then just mapped to individual customer installation, enhanced with specific values, like serial number or building year.

Therefore, configuration of a new installation is not only accelerated in comparison to similar solutions, but also the data quality is optimal. And: all players are accessing the same, high quality data.

Headquarters staff accesses MESPAS functionality and information online, through a secure internet connection, no matter where and when. Crews aboard vessels or maintenance teams in production sites with limited internet access work offline by using locally installed MESPAS products – all relevant information is regularly mirrored with our central infrastructure.

Suppliers are receiving requests for quotations and are fully integrated into procurement processes via the same MESPAS concept and software products – this is the basis for efficient information flow and ensures full transparency, e.g. regarding the status of purchase requests or invoices due for settlement. The process is straight-forward: on-site staff simply acknowledges goods received and updates respective stock levels automatically, while headquarters proactively manage invoicing, accounting and budgeting processes.

Other stakeholders, finally, that are also interested in unveiled information, analytics results or optimization potential - based on the data collected on the MESPAS central infrastructure - can easily access our respective online dashboards and reports. Let investors, auditors, classification societies, public authorities, etc. access financial KPIs, reports, trends, comparisons and whatever more you’re willing to share.

We are not alone. Production sites might operate production monitoring systems, headquarters will work with ERP and accounting systems, suppliers probably offer individualized web-shops - and yes, we are ready for integration. Both, MESPAS’ standard interfaces and data transfer protocols have been designed for seamless integration.

Moreover, our ICT teams are glad to specifically realize individual software components, should our standard interfaces not perfectly fit or where individual features need to be provided. MESPAS facilitates straight through processing wherever required to ensure uninterrupted business flows.
